Scott, Pernell and the entire crew were absolutely the best! So welcoming, helpful, and lightning fast! We were in a bind with a flat tire on a long road trip and they were able to get us right in, were knowledgeable about what we needed, and willing to help us out in any way they could. In and out within 30 mins! So thankful for all the help!

These people are absolutely amazing! I called at 8am (had a blow out) and by 8:30 I was there and they were going over what would need to be done! By 10am I was back on the road. Fairest prices ever, and the most kind and friendly staff. Scott helped me out and was extremely professional while also being a true friend because I was genuinely overwhelmed! I will only be going here!

The employees at location are dishonest, scammy, and will not treat you fairly. I am a 30 year old female who looks like she probably knows nothing about cars, and this location tried to take advantage of that to the tune of almost $1,000. Brought my car in to have my tires rotated. They tried to tell me my rear tires were worn completely down and I needed to replace them immediately for safety purposes. I’m aware enough to know there’s no way that was the case without me having noticed issues with the driving experience, so I declined, at which point the employee really leaned into saying I was putting myself in danger to not buy new tires. Sure ok, dude. Got in my car and drove it over to a mechanic in Port Chester with good reviews. He took a look and said my tires were completely fine and I had at least 18 months left on them. Update 24 months later: I finally just replaced my tires, after driving 40k miles on them since this Mavis tried to tell me they needed to be replaced immediately. Avoid this location. Shameful business practices. Frankly most Mavis locations are scammy, but this was next level pure lying to try and make a sale. I have emailed the Mavis customer serv

I have been truly amazed by the customer service that Scott and the team offer! I went in because the heat shield on my car was rattling. They fixed it quickly! When I asked how much I owed, they said there was no charge! My car needs some more work and when I told Scott I had a warranty, he instructed me to bring the warranty info and told me he’d work with the warranty folks to get it done. Talk about above and beyond! I plan to be a customer for life and to tell all my friends to go to Mavis! Thank you Scott & team! 👏🙌🤩

You can’t always count on Google ratings of a place sometimes something’s a little higher a little low and when you go there, you wonder why people rated it the way they did. Today we could’ve chosen several different Mavis tire and brake centers but this particular one, although it was a little out of the way had a 4.9 rating. I decided that we should use this one. It was a really good decision. They were very accommodating. The place was clean and comfortable and got us in and out very quickly. I think the biggest air is their 4.9 stars when they should be five stars.
